1. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchases! If something isn’t quite right, you can return it. But first, check out how it works to avoid any surprises.
2. Return Terms
If you don’t follow these rules or the item appears used, we reserve the right to reject the return and send it back to you, with shipping costs at your expense.
3. How to Make a Return
Request the return: Log into your account (or register if you don’t have one) or scan the QR code on the security tag and fill out the form in the "product return" section. Then, we’ll send you an email with all the info to ship the package.
Return label: We’ll email you the prepaid return label. Pack everything securely, attach the label, and contact or drop the package off with the designated courier.
Return shipping costs:
These costs will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer to use another courier, the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
4. Refund
Processing time: Once the package arrives and is checked, we’ll refund you within 14 days. The refund will be credited to the same payment method you used for the order.
Non-refundable costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless it was our mistake.
